When will my order ship?

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Can I choose a specific design or style?

If a product allows design personalization, please leave your request in the order note at the bottom of the item. If no note is provided, designs will be sent at random.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

We only accept returns or refunds for damaged items or fulfillment errors. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns Policy for details.

Do you ship internationally?

No. We can't ship oversea currently.
