Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are small-batch or made-to-order, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

We accept returns or refunds only if:
 • The item arrives damaged
 • The wrong item was sent

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
 • Your order number
 • Clear photos of the issue

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
