This is a custom illustration service where we create a personalized story featuring you and your pet.
Based on your photos and ideas, we turn your moments into a warm, illustrated scene. The artwork can be made into different formats, including fridge magnets, framed prints, or art prints.
Each piece is drawn with care and created just for you, making it a meaningful keepsake or a special gift.
Because this is a custom-made product, production begins after your order is placed. All custom items are final sale.
Please make sure to leave a valid email address and phone number at checkout, as we will contact you via email.
Please have the photo(s) you would like us to illustrate ready, along with a brief description of the intended use (such as a birthday gift or anniversary gift).
Once the artwork is completed, we will email you a digital preview for confirmation. After approval, we will proceed with producing the physical product.
The creation and production process takes 1–2 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Custom or made-to-order items are non-refundable.
